This is an FCC/CE-certified and UL-listed power supply. This switching supply gives a clean regulated 5VDC output at up to 2000mA (2A). The input can be 110VAC or 240VAC, so it works in any country. The plug is a standard US/CA style 2-prong so if you are using this for travel, you may need an adapter plug.
This cable terminates with a 'standard' DC jack 5.5mm OD, 2.1mm ID positive tip connector with 1.5m of cable.
This adapter is great for use with RGB LED pixels, Neopixels, or addressable LED strips, etc. It's not good for powering an Arduino thru the DC jack as it requires at least 7.5V - check out our 9V adapter instead!
