This is a USB booster cable that takes 5VDC and boosts it to 9VDC. Very handy right? The maximum output current is 1A although we don't recommend actually going to 1A as the converter will heat up. Theoretically, you can power a router with this cable if the voltage and current requirement match. We also have a 5V to 12V cable for your project.
