This USB serial cable supplies +5V at up to 500mA along with TxD and RxD sginals -- no hardware handshaking. The cable is easiest way ever to connect to your microcontroller/Raspberry Pi/WiFi router serial console port.
Please note This cable is not good for Arduino re-programming. It does not have the DTR/RTS wire necessary for initiating the bootloader reboot sequence.
NOTE: There might be driver issues with Windows 10 system.
